About the system:

• You need to be a member of the DOCV to place an ad but anyone can browse and make contact . 'First timers' will need to register to get authority to place their ad - just follow the instructions from the 'register' menu item.
• When you place your ad, you specify whether it is an item for sale, wanted, for free, for rent etc etc.
• You can upload a picture with your ad - limited to no larger than 30Kb. Image must be no wider than 300 pixels.
• Alternatively if the picture is already on the web you can provide the URL to the picture. Width, however must be no wider than 300 pixels.
• You can also provide a website address the viewer can go to, by clicking on the image.
• You will be able to edit your ad or delete it at any time. At this stage the ad will be automatically deleted after 3 months.
• Once registered you can go on placing as many ads as you like.
• Prospective buyers can email you but the address is not visible to them (or anyone else).
• You can include any information you like - it's polite to mention your contact name and price but all this is up to you.
• The DOCV takes no responsibility for the goods or services being offered or requested in these ads.
• The webmaster reserves the right to delete any ad he considers inappropriate and /or prevent any user from using the system if he considers their actions inappropriate. This includes any person who is not a member found to be placing an ad.
