Each year there are a number of regular 'Festival' type of events.
The Italian motorcycle Clubs of Victoria hold the 'Festival of Italian Motorcycles' each year around mid November. It is held in the plaza area between The Melbourne Museum and the Exhibition Buildings on a Sunday morning and concludes mid afternoon.
It started in 2002 as a once off event to coincide with an exhibition of paintings by the Italian masters but was so successful it has become a regular annual event.

The Williamstown Motorcycle Club holds its 'Bikes by the Bay' each year in December. This usually follows the 'Toy Run' held on the same day.
