Notice of reults of the Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting of the Ducati Owners Club of Victoria Incorporated (Association registration number A0000080B) was held on the evening of:
Tuesday 17 June 2025, from 8:00pm at the Manningham Hotel, 1 Thompsons Road Bulleen, VIC, 3105.
Two items of business were considered by members at this Annual General Meeting:
- The election results confirmed the minutes of the previous annual general meeting held on 18 June 2024 (you must have been present at this meeting to confirm), and
- The election results adopted the annual report and financial statements for the year ended 28 February 2025.
Elections were also confirmed for the following Committee positions:
- President (Nominee: Neil Larson )
- Secretary (Nominee: Geraint Gardner )
- Captain (Nominee: Chris Williams - Incumbent)
- Spares/Club Permit (Nominee: Daryl Grant - Incumbent )
In addition we have the following vacancies:
- Vice President (filled as a casual vacancyby the comittee - Tom Hinton )
- Treasurer (Nominee: Mark Dulfer )
- Editor (Nominee: Louis Putter )
